Cancellation policy
🔹 Booking
Room reservations are made through the official Azure Resort website or by calling the booking service.
An advance payment (in the amount of 30-50% of the total cost of the stay) may be required to confirm the reservation.
After successful booking, the guest receives a confirmation to the specified email address.

Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: before 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
, Cancellation of the booking
Free cancellation is possible no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation later than the specified period or in case of no-show, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
In case of booking at a non-refundable rate, the prepayment will not be refunded.
